Mud Lake year #2

This last weekend we went to Mud Lake with a few of our friends....

Here are Thing 1 and Thing 2 hanging out with the twins.

Thing 1 found a frog and, of course, had to catch it. He was then the center of attention for a while until he was convinced to let the poor thing go.

Last Stop, Horseshoe Bend

On our way home we stopped at Horseshoe Bend and took a ride on the Thunder Mountain Line.

For the Mystery Dinner Theater we where all celebrities. Jarom was Tom Hunks and Jen was Megan Wolf.

More From Our Trip

Winchester Lake.

Jen got a sweet deal on a bike rack ($7 @ a garage sale) which made our ride around Winchester Lake possible.

We met Javier at Winchester. He is from Chicago and riding his bike from Portland back. And that is really all he packed.

Here is a neat little B&B, we passed.

The rest of these photos are from our B&B in White Bird. The owners are big into hunting and have to show that off. They also had a bunch of rabbits that they where trying to give away (we took one.) At the end of the day the other guest played for us. It was great fun.

Year Four Continued

Day two of our anniversary trip we did some more sight seeing.

Jen took this photo of the pretty flowers.

This is "The Heart of the Monster." The begining place of the Nez Perce. It was a neat place to take a little hike around.

This is a great view of Lewiston.

This night we stopped in Winchester. Nice campground, not too many people this night.

Year Four

This year for our anniversary we wandered aimlessly about Idaho. Our first day we wandered up to White Bird, a place on ID94 north of Mccall. This valley is very beautiful this time of year.

Jen is a distraction in the previous picture. In this one you can better see the awesome road that we drove up.
